Reset the nervous system during daily movement combined with mindset classes, wellness grounding, sound healing journeys and delicious, nutritious set menu meals. Surrounded by like-minded souls, you’ll soak up the magic of the sea and nature side in Portugal during this soul shaking yet intentional reset.
Sometimes our outer world just feels overwhelming and we need a moment to step back and realizing we are not “searching any longer for anything”.

Description of the yoga practice
Tamara offers „state-of-the-art“ yoga practice that excludes nothing and is open to integrating new elements. She adapts traditional asanas and combines fascial movements into her daily routine to bring awareness to the body and actively contribute to well-being. In addition to physical asana practice and Pranayama techniques, she also includes meditation to create balance, to let go and pause.
Sound bath and meditation
As your physical body surrenders to gravity I will begin to weave the sacred and healing sounds vibrations of the alchemy crystal bowls over and through you, gently guiding you to feel balanced, at peace, grounded as well as uplifted in harmony. You decide at any time how deep you would like to dive into meditation or simply listen to the sounds.
Grab a blanket and pillow, lie down on your mat, close down your eyes – this is your time and space for you.

A non-refundable deposit of EUR 500 is required to secure your space.

The total cost paid is for one space on the retreat. Tamara Felder Yoga reserve the right to cancel the retreat if minimum sion uns are not reached 30 days prior the start date. Tamara Felder Yoga is not responsible for lost stolen. Tamara Felder Yoga is not responsible for airline cancelations. All reservations and bookings are first come first serve. If you do not specify who your roommate is we wil assume you are open to any guest.
Cancelation Policy
In the event of a cancelation a full refund will be issued only if I am able to refill your position.
In the event I am unable to refill your position the following applies:
- A cancelation made before 31.12.2023 will receive a 40% refund.
- A cancelation made after 31.12.2023, 100% of your total of your reservation will be charged.
For everyone and all levels – you are not expected to have any advanced previous yoga experience.
I want you to join with an open mind and heart we are not looking for “perfection” in any way.
Moreover, this retreat is designed to be a safe space for you to re-connect with yourself and like-minded people. I am a strong believer that we can all learn and grow from each other and I am happy to join and guide you on this path “Sell your cleverness and buy bewilderment”. May it be through movement, breathwork, sound bath and reiki. I am excited to experience this journey together at beautiful Portugal.
If you already have some advanced or previous experience in yoga – please feel free to join as well.
I am sure with a curious mind you will learn and experience some new elements for yourself.
The afternoon workshops are designed in a way that we can work on topics which are important for you and you can expect the unexpected.
You are more than welcome to join this retreat on your own as a solo traveler!
I do understand that joining a retreat completely on your own at first can be scary but please do not be. It is actually empowering to join a retreat on your own and I promise you will make new connections and will stay in touch over years.
Nevertheless, if you already have a friend in mind or even your partner please join together.
Whether you are joining solo or as a group I cannot wait to welcome you soon in Portugal!
This retreat is designed for a smaller group and will be limited to 6 – 10 people only.
For this purpose, two exclusive villas are rented with full service. So that the retreat group can stay together but each participant also has enough privacy and time for themselves. All villas are also equipped with exclusive outdoor pools and other amenities. Spa treatments and the Spa can also be used.
I am not forcing anyone at this retreat to follow a specific diet as I want to feel the best for yourself and choose whatever you prefer.
It was important to me to offer many possibilities and culinary variety in this retreat. Therefore, we will combine everything from tasting menus to BBQs and farm-to-table dinners.
This is usually possible. Let me know and I am happy to put you in direct contact with the venue to get booked directly with them.
Humberto Delgado I Airport Lisbon allows you to travel from all over the world to Portugal.
Depending on your hometown, you can fly to Portugal from several locations.
Please notice that either travel costs nor transfers to and from the venue are included in the retreat price.
Airport transfers to and from the retreat location can be organized for you.
Therefore, please send me your flight details as soon as you book your flight. Another option would be to rent a car during your stay so you are free to explore the island on your own.
You will arrive at the location depending on traffic between 50 – 60 minutes.
Please note that airport transfers are not included in the retreats price.
