Vinyasa Flow

Ein dynamischer Vinyasa Yoga Flow um einfach nur sich selbst auf der Yogamatte zu erleben.

We move through a practice of playful and creative asana sequences and recurring vinyasas. We combine a variety of movements, some of which deviate from traditional asana postures, to activate the fascial pathways in the body. We emphasize the three-dimensional network of soft, collagenous, loose and dense fibers of the connective tissue called fasciae.

This Vinyasa Flow class is extended by so-called bounce elements, which additionally loosen the fasciae and allow for even deeper movement sequences and flexibility. We move dynamically and let the fascial chains return to their original or neutral position by themselves.

We free ourselves from whatever is holding us back and are present in the here and now.
